Dakota Pure Bison is two South Dakota ranch families coming together to provide our customers with the highest quality bison meat on the market.


  • 2 packages Dakota Pure Bison Ribeyes
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary


  1. (Optional Step) Salt Ribeyes and keep in fridge for 24 hours to absorb the salt
  2.  Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  3. Place steaks in oven at 250 degrees for slow cooking until the steaks reach 135 degrees
  4. Remove steaks from oven and sear in cast iron skillet with butter, thyme, and rosemary
  5. Enjoy!
