Dakota Pure Bison is two South Dakota ranch families coming together to provide our customers with the highest quality bison meat on the market.

Ingredients:

3.5 CUP COURSLY GRATED ZUCCHINI
3 EGGS, BEATEN
1/3-CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
¼ CUP CHEESE
½ CUP GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
½ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/3 TSP DRIED BASIL
½ TSP SALT
2 LBS DAKOTA PURE BISON BURGER
PIZZA SAUCE OF YOUR CHOICE (WE USED PESTO)

Directions:

  1. SET OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
  2. SALT ZUCCHINI LIGHTLY & LET STAND 15 MINUTES
  3. SQUEEZE OUT EXCESS MOSITURE
  4. COMBINE ZUCCHINI, EGGS, FLOUR, ¼ C CHEESES & BASIL
  5. SPRAY PIZZA PAN & SPREAD MIXTURE IN PAN
  6. BAKE PIZZA CRUST AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20-25 MINS OR UNTIL SURFACE IS FIRM & DRY
  7. WHILE PIZZA CRUST IS BAKING, BROWN GROUND BISON BURGER
  8. AFTER TAKING PIZZA CRUST OUT OF OVEN, SPREAD PIZZA SAUCE, GROUND DAKOTA PURE BISON BURGER, MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  9. ADD ANY TOPPINGS OF YOUR LIKING 
  10. SPRINKLE PARMESAN CHEESE ON TOP OF THE TOPPINGS
  11. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 MINUTES
  12. ENJOY!!
