1lb Dakota Pure Bison Ground Bison
1-2 Bags Coleslaw Mix
Liquid Aminos or Soy Sauce
1-2 Packets Riced Cauliflower or Rice
1 Packet Brown Rice/Quinoa
In a pan, sauté minced onions & garlic in a little olive oil. Add Dakota Pure Bison ground burger and cook until starting to brown. Drain slightly, if desired. Add coleslaw mix & cook until softened adding in water as needed. Add desired liquid aminos or soy sauce to taste— cook until combined. Prepare rice as directed. Serve mixture over cooked rice & top with some red chili flakes for a little extra kick!
